Directions from I-695:
- Take I-70 toward Frederick and go west for 4.5 miles.
- Take exit for Rt. 29 South, Columbia Pike and go south for 6.8 miles.
- Take the Broken Land Parkway exit towards Columbia/Town Center/Owen Brown and keep left at the fork in the ramp.
- Turn left onto Broken Land Parkway.
- At first light, turn left onto Hickory Ridge Road.
- After 1 mile, turn right onto Charter Drive, follow to 10700 Charter Drive Suite 300.
